Tuition Payment
Monthly tuition is paid via auto-debit transaction. Auto debit transactions occur every month and are non-refundable.

Missed Lessons
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your regularly scheduled lesson, simply inform us of your absence at least one day before your absence and we will offer a make-up lesson. You may notify us of your absence via phone, email or Teacher Zone Chat Message. Notifications must be received the day before the absence during our normal business hours. All students are allowed two make-up lessons per month.

If you are unable to schedule the make-up at the time of cancellation, the lesson will be "banked" for future scheduling. All make-up lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of cancellation. 

Holiday Schedule
Our tuition is based on a 48 week year. The School is closed for four weeks per year for holidays and will not be offering lessons. No make-up lessons are offered during these weeks. Withdrawal – Only prior month notice is required
To discontinue lessons a written notice is required by completing a pre-approved Withdrawal Form provided by Birmingham School of Music. Simply request a Withdrawal Form at our front desk. We require "prior month" advance notice. Regardless of the day, the Withdrawal Form is submitted, the following month will be the final tuition obligation and last month to attend lessons. All special program, outside of the lessons themselves, including Student Showcase, BSOM Loyalty Program, & Path To Progress Reward Program will be discontinued on the day the cancelation is submitted.
